Same As Domains

A Same As domain shares the same characteristics as a domain in another application. This allows you to define fields throughout your database with the same characteristics while ensuring that all fields in an application reference a local domain.

The Same As domain overlay allows you to identify a domain in another application within your database that has the same characteristics required for a domain in your current application. It automatically displays after you complete the entries on the Domains specifications screen if the Type you select is SAME AS.
